Who may use this marketplace

e-Age World is intended for businesses. By registering you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes and that the company details, GSTIN or PAN you provide are accurate.

Listings and descriptions

Listings describe lots to the best of the information provided by the seller. Quantities, condition grades, testing notes and photographs are indicative of the lot as a whole and not a warranty for each individual unit.

Pricing, GST and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST and freight unless the lot page states otherwise. A written quotation or proforma invoice is issued before payment. Stock is allocated only after payment is realised.

Buy Now, quotations and auctions

Buy Now prices are valid while the lot remains listed and unsold. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Auction bids are binding offers; the highest valid bid at close is invited to complete the purchase.

Cancellation

We may cancel a transaction and refund amounts received if a lot becomes unavailable, is materially misdescribed by the seller, or if verification of the buyer business details fails.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any transaction is limited to the value of the goods paid for. We do not accept liability for lost profits or consequential losses arising from resale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
